Sometimes when we're feeling anxious or moody, the last thing on our mind is healthy eating. Sugar and junk food are often the first things we reach for when we're in a funk. Unfortunately, these habits not only impact our health and wellbeing, but also drastically worsen our mood--the very thing we're trying to improve! Our Mental Health Reset Group gives you the opportunity to learn how proper nutrition can boost your mood (and self-confidence) in a supportive, fun environment. We will cover the essentials of nutrition and how food influences emotion and thought, how chronic stress and lifestyle habits can affect the brain, what mood-boosting foods to eat, mindfulness techniques, delicious recipes, and practical tools that will leave you prepared to make healthy eating a life-long practice.
