Anxiety, Parenting, Self-Compassion

I would be delighted to explore with you whatever brings you to therapy at this time in your life.

If you are struggling with a life transition, stress, or symptoms of depression or anxiety, we can work together with curiosity and compassion to help you develop the skills necessary to tolerate difficult emotions and situations in the present moment while helping you reconnect to your own vitality. If you are feeling stuck and unsure how the future will unfold, I would be honored to help you learn to embrace uncertainty while creating a meaningful, authentic life.

Mindfulness, self-compassion, and meditation have changed my life, and I am humbled and honored to share these skills with Flourish clients.
